- 0:00先响你的手机Your phone rings first能接就你接，小葵不抢。Take it if you can. Kwee stays out of the way.
- 0:20你没接，小葵接No answer? Kwee picks up第一句就说明自己是 AI 助手。It says up front that it's an AI assistant.
- 0:40问清楚要做什么Gets the job details什么活、在哪个区、怎么联系，记成一张询价卡。What the job is, the suburb and how to reach them, saved as an enquiry.
- 1:30约上门时间Books a site visit只给你日历上空着的时间。Only offers times that are free in your calendar.
- 2:00推到你手机Sends it to your phone你看一眼，批了就行。Have a look and approve it.
它守的规矩The rules it sticks to
这些不是靠「叮嘱 AI」，是写在程序里的，AI 绕不过去。These aren't suggestions to the AI. They're built into the software, so it can't get around them.
AI 编不出数字。价目表里没有的，它说「老板量完给您报价」。The AI can't make up a number. If it's not on your list, it says you'll quote after seeing the job.
客人看到的是你的店名，不是小葵。我们不做转单、不抢客。Customers see your business name, not Kwee. We don't pass your leads to anyone else.
你回过的客人，小葵自动安静 2 小时，不会跟你抢着回。Once you reply to a customer, Kwee goes quiet with them for 2 hours so you're not talking over each other.
客人要找真人、情况紧急、或者它没把握，马上转给你。If someone wants a person, it's urgent, or it's not sure, it passes the call or message straight to you.
